Herbal Achar began the way most good things do — in a family kitchen, with a recipe nobody bothered to write down because it lived in everyone’s hands. The clink of glass jars, the smell of sun-dried chillies, lemons softening on the terrace: this is the world our achar comes from.

We make everything oil-free, the way our elders did when food was meant to nourish, not weigh you down. No preservatives. No shortcuts. Just patience, sunshine, spices, and a deep love for the flavours we grew up on.
